How to Order a Consultation or Sleep Study

If you would like your patient evaluated for a possible sleep disorder, you or your patient may call the sleep center to schedule an appointment for a consultation with a board-certified sleep specialist. Alternatively, you may order a sleep study directly by faxing a Sleep Study Order Form to the Redwood Sleep Center.

Please call us if you would like to discuss which sleep study is appropriate for your patient. The Medical Director will be happy to discuss your patient's situation and to discuss diagnostic and treatment options.
